Background informationBorn in 1964 in The Hague, The Netherlands. The same year moved to Kampen. Lego just started to produce ABS-parts. [ First Lego | 12v 723 | Legoland Billund ] First Lego (1970) When I was 3 my sister got her first Lego, garage set 236.
At age of 6 I got my first lego, an ambulance set 600.
Some time later followed by the bagage carts set 622 and the bungalow set 344.
12v 723 (1971) In 1971 followed by the 12v train 723 and wagons, some 4.5v sets and other boxes.
Legoland Billund (1973) Visiting Legoland Billund!
'Dark Ages' (1976 - 2006)Played with Lego until about 12 years old. After that 'dark ages' for nearly 30 years! Pat. pend. (2006) Since 2006 lego is fully back again.
But now primarily as collection of old 'pat pend' lego.
Including a large 12v train, with models built from examplebook 241 from 1969.
All of course with original parts available in that year.
My favorite is the white trainstation!

With this I could simply send a link by e-mail to other AFOLs.
By now the site is quite extensive!
FORMO (2007)In 2007 discovered what brand the bricks were I found a lot of between Lego. On this brand a seperate topic made on this site. In the news (2008)

In 2011 I did not attent, this was in the middle of the Holidays.
2012 is planned again though.
